Many times when you have performance issues on your server you can use this tool to simplify creating performance counters. This will benefit you in the following way; you don't need to do this one by one manually and this would be a head start before you call for support. Because for most performance issues you may find that we would want to collect this from your system.

I have the same problem using the NormalEmail template and even when I use the 2007 QuickStyle template - Outlook 2007 drops the numbers and the bullets anless I reattach the template/Quickstyle - which is a hassle for everyday operators. Any ideas how I can get the bullets and numbers to 'stick' in Outlook 2007? Would adding the HTML to the Template or QuickStyle template work? I am using HTML in Outlook, not RTF - would it be hidden to the general user?
