I have just been through this again. I had to turn my phone off (press and hold power button and then slide down on the screen) and on again before it worked.

got my lumia this week wish virgin had told me this i love the phone and i know u can send pics other way but not all in my contacts have face book ect i tried this i do have the mini card from virign but cant get it to work
