David, I just put BCM for 2003 onto my Outlook 2003 - all good. I also downloaded the update to put it on my PC Phone - still all good... until I went to dial a contact using their name rather than their number. Problem is that it only seems to go to Contacts and not to BCM for the name. Can't find where I can include both databases for dialling out?
