I have been used to Microsoft Office 2002 and windows XP, and now at work I have MS Office 2007 and Vista.

I often use excel and word to mail merge, eg doing invoicing, and now I cannot make it work. Dates get reversed to the American version, and numbers that are formatted as currency do not stay in the correct format. I have looked at your link on mail merge but am still very confused. It used to be so simple, and now seems to be far mor complicated. Can you help?

Cheers

Jane
