&lt;p&gt;The main issue seemed to be getting Outlook to run in cached mode under TS(not straightforward or recommended). &amp;nbsp;After this, it all seemed to work without issue.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have not tested it in anger, but the hardest part was getting Outlook to run in cached mode, after that everything was as per a regular setup.&lt;/p&gt;
