&lt;p&gt;uninstall all parts of Office H&amp;amp;S before loading enterprise. &amp;nbsp;You should not have to do anything to free the license, but if you hit a problem you will need to explain to the nice activation people you moved the product. &amp;nbsp;To the best of my knowledge, providing it is not OEM then this should be fine.&lt;/p&gt;
