It seems familiar because it's quite similar to FrontPage so it's quite easy to learn to use. I like the way it understands ASP.Net controls, for example. Another feature I like is the way it will label all the HTML elements with little tags in design view (I believe the rendering engine does not rely on I.E. but has been built from the ground up to support this sort of thing). I can't get it to open any of my SharePoint sites though.
