You have invalid bcm entries that got to be deleted. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Try any registry cleaner program&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Reboot&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Good luck. I encounter the same issue. It took me a while to figure it out. There are corrupted BCM entries in the registry&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I don't know of anything that joins the two together, however Office Live does have a BCM type template in the tool&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;img src="http://192.168.2.20/aggbug.aspx?PostID=6321" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description></item><item><title>re: Business Contact Manager (BCM) on Office 2007 error and the .Net framework</title><link>http://192.168.2.20/blogs/doverton/archive/2007/08/31/business-contact-manager-bcm-on-office-2007-error-and-the-net-framework.aspx#6291</link><pubDate>Wed, 16 Apr 2008 03:51:02 GMT</pubDate><guid isPermaLink="false">72050d9c-4f41-4a16-9f70-ebbf2c98a2c7:6291</guid><dc:creator>Jerome Sandifer</dc:creator><description>&lt;p&gt;I recently ran into an issue where Microsoft Outlook 2007 gives the user an error message immediately after the program has been opened. &amp;nbsp;And it just continues to pop up the same error time after time, even if you click “OK”. &amp;nbsp;The error message is “Business Contact Manager failed to initialize the Common Language Runtime ECall methods must be packaged into a system module”. &amp;nbsp;There was almost nothing that could be done about the error message. &amp;nbsp;I tried everything logical, and nothing would work. &amp;nbsp;I ended up finding the fix for this issue. &amp;nbsp;Here are a list of steps. &amp;nbsp;The first couple of steps can probably be omitted, however I will include them anyway, as this is the exact approach I took when finding the resolve. &amp;nbsp;I first downloaded the “Windows Installer CleanUp Utility (Tool)”. &amp;nbsp;I then selected to remove the installation databases for the following products: &amp;nbsp;.NET Framework 1.1, .NET Framework 2.0, and Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager. &amp;nbsp;After removing these 3 databases, I then rebooted the system. &amp;nbsp;Afterwards I went to Add/Remove Programs, and clicked “Change/Remove” on the .NET Framework 2.0 and it reinstalled it automatically. &amp;nbsp;I then downloaded and installed .NET Framework 3.5. &amp;nbsp;Afterwards I rebooted the system, and not only did Microsoft Office 2007 start back working normally, but also QuickBooks and a few other programs on the customer’s machine that had recently stopped working. &amp;nbsp;Apparently a recent MS Update caused the issue. &amp;nbsp;There was ironically an Email in the customer’s Inbox from Quickbooks outlining the details of the Microsoft Update, which one caused it, and a proposed fix. &amp;nbsp;However we were unable to see that as we were unable to open Outlook normally!&lt;/p&gt;
