&lt;p&gt;While the Customer information is automatically shared in &amp;#39;Outlook&amp;#39; the &amp;#39;Supplier&amp;#39; information isn&amp;#39;t and trying to find out how to achieve this is a nightmare !&lt;/p&gt;

There is an MS download (transaction migration update) which installs OK but then gives no other options to import QB data ! I suspect that this is either intended to work with US release or just doesn&amp;#39;t work with the trial ?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Office Accounting has its own database stored completely seperately from Outlook's mail store. &amp;nbsp; There is also a button to create a copy of your accounts for your accountant, making it easier for you to do, as well as the option to share with your accountant online.&lt;/p&gt;

Most of my experience has been that my customers who are &amp;quot;small businesses&amp;quot; are using quickbooks,and are really looking for a place to jump ship. &amp;nbsp;Quickbooks has some striking omiisions such as the virtual inability to process a supplier refund! I really hope that ms accounting fairs much better and would eventually have a migration path. Even if they used the exported iifs to import data, it would be fairly simple job to create&lt;/p&gt;
