&lt;p&gt;Commodity is an interesting word. &amp;nbsp;When BI software costs £10k / user, then MS is indeed commoditising it, however MS software and your costs should be taken in comparison to these much larger systems. &amp;nbsp;There is still huge amounts of money in the market and the numbers of customers are growing significantly.&lt;/p&gt;
