Will there still be a limitation of only one EBS Server (or rather the set of servers which make up EBS) within a domain?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I agree, SBS does not ship with SCE, but Windows Essential Business Server (WEBS) does - this is the entry for WEBS.&lt;/p&gt;
