so when the wizards detects sees the router IP, it automatically assigns my server IP to be( 196....2), which i need to change to internal IP, but when i do change it to 192.168.16.2, it still gives me an error that the server IP has to be private. that does not make sense to me..

I put IP address manualy on the nics to get internet connection and i was connected.

the problem is i cant run pop connector nor the internet domain name until i run the internet wizard.

however everytime i run the wizard it detect the router IP, but disables my internal card and refused to take any address i input on the server IP.

Any idea what is the problem?

Could you send me a screen shot or share a comment with the error messages you are seeing here? Since you have tried it 20 times and it fails each time, it sounds like there is something in your network that SBS does not like.
