If the Keys and the Download buttons are greyed out you are not properly signed in. In the top right corner of the screen, while it says hello <yout name or ID>, you will also notice there is a "Sign-In" button. Sign in and the page lights up.

Dave - it is still working fine for me and keys was never greyed out. Could you e-mail some details (the url), your country and the Windows Live ID (not the password) that you used so I can get this investigated?

We have some CTX customers with SBS 2003 Premium with Software Assurance. Do you know when the product keys will be available for these charities?

Does anyone have a working download button? I see the downloads for sbs2008 but i can't click anything.
