&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Otherwise, if you use a d&amp;#39;list, a simple rule can put the mail somewhere else, but then no-one will know who has read what.&amp;nbsp; With a PF this is solved too.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Otherwise you can create a new mailbox, since it is not for a user per say, CALs should not be an issue as the existing users cover them for as many mailboxes as they want.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;do you want this to be an alias for one user or something everyone can see?&amp;nbsp; If the later, then why not make it a public folder (assuming its just e-mail) and e-mail enable it?&lt;/p&gt;

I could assign this email address to an existing user and share their inbox, but don&amp;#39;t want to. I could create a new user, but there&amp;#39;s enough names already in AD and its a lot of hassle to log on as a user for almost a one off job (and there&amp;#39;s CAL issues too).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If I could have a floating mailbox, I can then have any of the marketing team open the mailbox on outlook start up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It seems a simple thing and it must be possible to do. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;SBS 2003 Prem Patched to the hilt&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
