Make WM 5 login/security easier to use.

Setting up the remote and internal access to Exchange is not as intuitive as it could be. However, once you know what to do it is fairly straightforward. It is getting through the error messages that cause the puzzle. Some of the error messages possibly point (but don't explain) through an error number to kit other than the WM5 device itself, i.e. a wireless adsl router that isn't giving out dhcp. We have seen some IP problems with AS 4.1 where Group Policies are in place.

Sometimes my WM5 device works in the office and sometimes it doesn't. File sync via USB is fine, but connection to Exchange is hit and miss.

Also, features that get removed between releases (such as wireless synching) need to give a warning if you try to set them up in the old way.

How about something along the lines of a PC based picture tutorial where you fill the answers in on the PC (as ActivSync does to some degree) and then error messages are deciphered/explained also on the PC as it makes it easier to resolve on a bigger screen.
