&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Any view / comments appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Any ideas on what is causing the problem?&amp;nbsp; Is there a KB artice covering this as I can't find anything?&lt;/P&gt;
