We have a SBS 2003 R2 box that when you go to http://website/exchange We get an Http500 error. My question is how do we get back OWA Smiley 2 this happens on all PC

Im guessing this used to work?

what happens if you use https://<IP or domain name>/exchange  ?

check IIS / website is running 

have you recently ran Internet connection wizard and changed the web certificate? 

Are your PCs connecting to exchange on the LAN or externally via the web?
