Hi Guys, I hope someone can help me out here....

I need to setup a SBS2003R2 server so that it sends email messages to the ISP's SMTP server, however, the server needs username/password authentication. Is this posible, as I cannot find a way of entering the username/password needed?

Hi Confused

You will find it in Exchange System Management, Connectors, Properties of SMTP Connector, Advanced, Outbound Security, Basic Authentification and click Modify.

Is this BT? Then you may want to look at their Mail Relay offering and have you configured rDNS
