There do not seem to be many users out there thesedays that I come accross that have not already had some exposure to Outlook & Exchange either in thier own enviroment or a previous workplace.

I have just finished putting in an Exchange system as an upgrade from a pop3 system and 90% of the users do not yet understand how having an Exchange server extends the function of Outlook.

Of course some training is an option but getting the knowledge out to that number of users of 6 different sites is not going to be easy.

Can anyone recommend some online tutorials or resources that might be of help?

Hi Paulie,

Try the Microsoft Office Online site and also the Small Business+ service which is linked from the bcentral site.

I hope that helps,

Vijay
