Hi,
I will shortly be running the transition pack on a SBS 2003 Standard server to allow me to migrate this system to 2 New Servers.

I will be installing 2x New Copies of Windows 2003 Server using an Open License CD and Product Key that the organisation own.

The problem being is since the current SBS is to be scrapped I need to reinstall Exchange onto a new server. I will be obtaining an Open License CD from my supplier but will be using the exisitng (paper)license from the SBS transition.

When installing Exchange what product key will I need to enter? Will the Open License CD accept the original SBS license key?

Thanks,
Phil

If you are using Open License media then you need the product keys that match.  If you don't have the media that matches your licenses then you can order them.

thanks

David
