can you run microsoft office 2010 at the same time as 2007

Hello all, I was just wondering if anybody can help us, we are currently running Office 2010 but we need to insatll Office 2007 so that we can use a programme that uses 2007 version. Firstly, can we do this? Secondly, what is the best way to do this?

Have you looked at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2121447?  This talks about the right order to install the products to make it work.  You will need to uninstall Office 2010 before you load 2007.
