Matt, I understand you are now working with our support team to resolve this. The belief when I spoke to the team is that there was an error during setup. While you can simply export the reg keys from another system this will not work by itself as the urls and IMAP references all need to be updated for your system. Thanks David

Matt, are the clients members of the domain and on the local LAN network? Also, have you loaded the SBS 2008 roll-ups? Finally, is Office 2007 configured to try using HTTP first on fast & slow networks (this can be found under E-mail Accounts, Exchange Settings, More Settings, Connection, Exchange Proxy)? Matt, I'm glad you got there in the end. When you remove the SBS 2003 box by dcpromo'ing it to demote it the FSMOs will move back, however I would personally recommend moving them anyway. Thanks David

OK, so on the SBS 2003 server you should have completed these steps, confirm that you did: Checked the AD on SBS 2003 (run the SBS 2003 BPA tool to see if it shows any errors) Ensured the SBS 2003 system only has 1 NIC in it and that the network is correctly configured to use this Applied the downloads to SBS 2003 from Windows update Ensured SBS is
