Terry,

Microsoft does all sorts of offers all of the time, through various channels.  Look at the SBS offers at the moment - that should benefit you.  Don't start picking at individual offers because they are with one set or another of our multiple partners.  Also, I have no idea what is being paid for by Microsoft and what is paid for by the partner - perhaps they are part or fully funding it ... you can always offer a similar benefit :-)
