How do I block certain websites so my kids won't get to them, ie: myspace.com, without having to create another user account?

Jamesson,

do you mean you want filtering to differ while only using one user in Vista?  While I would personally use seperate accounts (you don't have to log out when someone else wants to use the machine, so you can switch between different users simply by pressing the Windows-key and L) you can also use a service like get.live.com/.../familysafety_betas to enable switching by WIndows Live IDs (Passport / Windows Messenger sign-ins).
